TAMDE, once known as Theatre Arts Mackay, was established in April 2017. We have a unique family environment welcoming all to our team. Our objective is to create a fun, enjoyable, positive and safe environment for your child to enjoy their love of dance or musical theatre. Whether you dance for fitness or fun, seeking competition experience at the highest level or wanting to obtain all qualifications necessary to put you on the right path to your chosen career.

All staff are fully qualified and are very experienced in their chosen disciplines. We cater for students from 2yrs – Adults teaching not only dance/Acro/Musical Theatre but teaching your child important life skills such as confidence, motivation and teamwork. At TAMDE we pride ourselves on our family environment where everyone supports and encourages each other.

 

STUDIO

 

We are happy to be able to offer you our spacious studios at:

• Two large purpose-built studios

• Air-conditioned waiting area, warm-up room, students’ room

• Kitchen

• Toilets/Change rooms

This building offers our students two large studios with sprung timber floors.

Studio A being the first Studio to your right as you enter the building through the front door. This studio, spacious foyer and student’s room is fully air conditioned.

Studio B is situated through the sliding door at the back of the foyer. This studio is our Tap studio with a warehouse feel. Studio B has awesome high ceilings, so the tap students will be able to tap up a storm with minimal noise disruption to any of the other classes.

We have two toilets situated in the main foyer. The student’s room is situated to the left as you enter the foyer. This room is for any students who are waiting for classes to just relax or to do homework.
